Union Street Salon, Established in 2016
Kyleen and her husband, Luis opened Union Street Salon in 2016 in a small space located on Union Street with the goal to provide London with high quality salon services while giving guests a truly personal experience. We are proudly team-oriented and believe that by keeping our team strong, we can provide all of our guests with amazing experiences.
In 2018, we started our Associate’s Program, a comprehensive hands-on training experience for our stylists that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling and business building. Our Associates work as partners with their educator to give our guests an even more personal experience.
In 2019, we moved to our current location, located on South Main Street, in the heart of downtown London!

Kyleen is the founder of Union Street Salon. She has been in the hair industry since she was 17 years old and has been passionate about beauty since age 14! She is extremely curious - always seeking to understanding the “why” behind everything. This passion led her to become Redken® Haircolor Certified, which grew her knowledge and understanding about the principles of hair color. She is also certified in Laced® Hair Extensions, and offers beaded-weft method hair extensions.
Kyleen became a Redken® Artist in 2015 and travels throughout the country bringing continuing education to salon professionals.
After being an independent contractor for several years, Kyleen opened Union Street Salon in 2016. Here, Kyleen has grown an amazing team that believes in giving guests’ the best possible experience!
Kyleen started an “Associate’s Program” at Union Street Salon that she runs as the educator. This program provides our team with hands-on education to help them grow the skills they need to be a successful salon professional.
